When Beverly Bank purchased this house from merchant John Cabot in 1802, it had been a residence. With the opening of the banking rooms, the house was used for both residential and commercial purposes. In this new Historic House Spotlight talk, you will be guided through the Beverly Bank room inside the Cabot House to discover how it was laid out and used as a bank inside a house, and we will look at some of the historic structures inside the room including the day and night vaults as well as the one-of-a-kind fire-back created by 18th century craftsman Joseph Webb.
