Make History at Hale Farm

Historic Beverly offers the the 1781 John Cabot House, and lawn of our c. 1694 John Hale House (“Hale Farm”) located at 39 Hale Street in Beverly, Massachusetts for private events. The John Cabot House is a Georgian-style mansion built in 1781 during the Revolutionary War; it was the first brick mansion built in Beverly. The wealth of the Cabot family is reflected in the architecture of the house, the beautifully carved paneling, and decorations such as the Dutch tiles surrounding the parlor fireplace.  Memorial Hall is available for meetings or special events year round.

Hale Farm tells Beverly’s story through the lives of one family: from colonial settlement to farming/maritime town to 19th century Gold Coast community. This one-acre property is available as a venue for your meeting, reception or special event, from April through December.
