Baker Ave sits quietly, as do all the surrounding streets, on Prospect Hill. It is the longest street on the hill. Have you ever wondered WHO lived there? Who “built” Baker Ave? A diverse array of characters from all walks of life will appear in this story, to show who “built” the street, as well as a little on John I. Baker, a key figure in Beverly history for whom the street is named.
